Return policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
Products must be in their original condition with original labels.
Packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Returned products must show no signs of use.
Please note: if the returned products do not meet these conditions, we are unfortunately unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always ensure that your package has a tracking code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code. Returns by post without a tracking code are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Once we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail that we have received it. We will refund the purchase price to your account within a few days of processing your return.
Order cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are no longer processed and cancellation is unfortunately not possible.

Returns are always made at the sender's risk and return costs are not refunded.
Wrong item or size?
If you have received the wrong item or size, you will receive the correct item free of charge!
